Nancy Benevides has been a resident of Sugar Land for the past 15 years. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Marketing and Sales. Prior to her career in real estate she taught advertising, sales, and marketing. She's ready to put that marketing knowledge to work for you! Nancy is an active citizen and holds several positions in the community including: board member for the PTO in her children's schools, business leadership advisory team member for the school, Career Day Chairperson for Fort Settlement Middle School, founder/president of the Business Networking International chapter for Sugar Land, and committee and neighborhood representative. Married to John Benevides for the past 18 years, they have two children, age 13 & 15 who keep them busy with sports, school & the many activities available to families in Sugar Land. Nancy enjoys playing golf and tennis when free time permits.
